About

PVW Partners is one of regional Australia’s longest running firms and is the largest locally owned accounting and advisory firm in Northern Australia.

Established in October 1918 by the late former Australian Prime Minister and Treasurer, Sir Arthur Fadden, PVW Partners has a long and rich history in helping regional Australians on their path to success.

Local partners Greg Peel, Carl Valentine, Andrew Whitehead, Sonia Chalk, Colin Ryan, Sarah Bowrey, Michael Wilson and Mandeep Singh are the proud custodians of the business, which was part of the PricewaterhouseCoopers network until February 2017.  As of August 2023, PVW Partners expanded into the Northern Territory market by opening an office in Darwin and are excited to continue to solidify our commitment to far northern Australia through this expansion.

We have a strong focus on Regional Australians Growing Regional Australia, with clients concentrated in the region from Mackay to Cooktown and west to Mt Isa and further afield to Darwin.

With a team of over 60 people and more than 1,500 family and individual client groups, we are passionate about offering the expert and integrated taxation, accounting and other advisory services to the families and business of regional Australia.

We do that through our exceptional people, whose demonstrated experience and extensive networks build value-based relationships and allow us to solve problems that others in regional areas can’t.

PVW Partners is also committed to the local community through various sponsorships, By supporting local events, organisations and staff volunteering their time, we demonstrate our ongoing commitment to "Regional Australians Growing Regional Australia".

We are proud to be the Founding Corporate Sponsor for Fuel for Schools - a charity dedicated to ensuring local school students have all they need to get the right start to school with breakfast and school supplies.
